Summary

Be responsible for supporting BIA's Supply Chain team by creating analytics and tools to increase data transparency and visibility (including driving SAP developments). Analyse business trends, internal distribution channel behaviour and data to predict and improve BIA's delivery of products to its customers. Identify and manage cross-departmental Continuous Improvement projects based on wide ranging transverse Big Data & relevant business analysis.

What will be your responsibilities?

•Provide business cases supporting Supply Chain business decisions, strategics orientation proposals and trade offs
•Analyse Supply Chain, Sales, Geographic and (Smart)fleet data to make process improvement proposals
•Understand the requirements of the business and translate them into reports, Dashboards, KPIs, continuous improvement projects. Clarify what to measure, how to measure, write reports specifications (including identification of the right sources of information) and maintain them
•Design and suggest Supply Chain KPIs , ensuring its maintenance and continuous improvement
•Be the owner of the reports, data architecture and data sources used by the Supply Chain
•Be a Supply Chain SAP reference: which includes ensuring the reliability , consistency and compliance of Supply Chain's database information
•Understand and improve Supply Chain's workflows in SAP while reducing issues and redundancies
•Promote a data-driven culture by delivering training and coaching the business functions
 

Who are we looking for?

  • Bachelor's and/or master's degree in business, IT, Analytics methodology, Supply Chain or related filed
  • Fluent in English in both written and oral.
  • Knowledge of Dutch is an asset.
  • 3 to 5 years’ experience in a similar function.
  • Experience as Business Analyst or Supply Chain analyst is required
  • Experience of supply chain processses and concepts is a plus (Logistics Management, Planning & Inventory Management, Procurement Management)
  • Experience in one of the Big Five is a plus
