Summary

 

You drive the monitoring and optimization of BIA's aftermarket service strategy. This includes fleet monitoring, processes, tools and related KPI. You optimize professional, efficient and profitable service business operations while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction in all service operations (workshop, CRC, mining site, etc.) in coordination with all BIA entities.

 

What will be your responsibilities?

 

Developing and supporting aftermarket sales & service activities

  • Develop and implement aftermarket sales tools by defining common ways of working.
  • Develop & Support aftermarket activities in OEM partnership focus.
  • Ensure the sustainability of the SAP Machine and Customer Master Data.
  • Maintain the Contract Calculation tools upon business needs.


Describe and enhance states-of-the-art workshop guidelines while coordinating its implementation

  • Monitor Contamination Control in local entity with bi-annuals audit evaluation.
  • Support on CRC technical tools development.
  • Lead the standardization of tooling & establish the minimal requirement by entity.
  • Organize and dynamize share of good practices across service operation


Define, standardize & implement Service operational KPI to achieve BIA objectives

  • Monitor PPP service KPI.
  • Support local entity with analysis & improvement.
  • Lead the update of Dealer Operating Standard for Aftermarket activities.
  • Lead service monthly report to meet OEM expectation.
  • Develop specifics dashboard to follow service KPI.

 

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Min 2  years of experience in a similar role
  • Technical degree (engineering is a plus)
  • Languages : French and English (good knowledge of the second language required)
  • Microsoft Office
  • SAP
