Summary

 

The Parts Product Manager Junior supports the development and execution of the Parts Product strategy across the network. Acting as the operational focal point for product-related activities, the role ensures effective coordination between OEMs, local entities and internal teams while contributing to business development, operational excellence and strategy implementation.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

Product Management & Business Development

  • Support definition and implementation of Parts Product strategies.
  • Track sales by product categories, propose tailored business development strategies as necessary.
  • Analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Conduct market and competitor analysis.
  • Actively support parts sales growth initiatives in coordination with Sales, PSSR, and Aftermarket teams
  • Support parts referencing and obsolete product management.
  • Manage documentation for supplier agreements, product catalogs, and technical specifications.

 

OEM relation & Product Coordination

  • Manage daily operational communication with OEMs.
  • Assist in preparing meetings and presentations with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Coordinate pricing updates, product information and technical changes.
  • Ensure follow-up of OEM requests and contractual commitments.

 

Cross-Functional Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day operational support to Aftermarket, Sales, Supply Chain, and local entities.
  • Act as a coordination point between internal & external stakeholders .
  • Coordinate product master data updates.
  • Negotiate special support with the OEM upon need.
  • Follow up on supplier and customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient responses

 

Commercial Support & Performance Management

  • Support pricing strategies definition
  • Support in preparing sales forecasts, reports, and analysis.
  • Analyze sales performance and prepare business reports (monthly & quarterly).
  • Contribute to business cases and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist in tracking market share and identifying potential business opportunities.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, ERP systems (SAP), data analysis.
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in parts management or product support roles.
