Summary

 

Together with business alignment, plan, direct and monitor parts inventory activities, such as Demand, Supply and Inventory Planning, control and monitoring, Continuous Improvement actions and projects to ensure having the right parts at the right place at the right moment at the right cost in the distribution network.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

Together with other colleagues having the same position, you will:

  • Organize regular Demand reviews meeting with market stakeholders, as customers, project managers or Aftermarket, for specific product group
  • Make sure Demand & Forecast is collected as per expected standards
  • Consolidate and communicate Demand & Forecast to external partners and internally to different levels of the organization. Monitor the execution with SAP and operational teams
  • Analyze the deviations from the expected results, lead appropriate projects and put in place the corrective actions. Measure the corrective actions
  • Involve, lead, project implementation as PLCM, recommended Spare parts, etc..
  • Supports the internal customers in their own performance review by providing the requested Master data and KPI's
  • Represent the SC Department for the different systems, i.e. ERP, planning and reporting tool, improvements and adjustments
  • Coordinate with the internal and external partners the different level of planning, i.e. Major Components and/or Distribution for parts (S&OP), to ensure parts availability where and when needed across the network
  • Manage central stocks and some return to OEMs
  • Guarantee proper stock levels as per planning, business requirements and budget
  • Maintain and enforce BIA Stock Policy across BIA network
  • Contribute to Supply Chain continuous improvement

Who are we looking for?

 

  • Master’s degree or equivalent acquired experience
  • Initiative and commitment behavior
  • Languages: Fluent in English & French. Dutch is a plus asset
  • Min. 1 to 5 years’ experience in a similar function especially in distribution network
  • Strong in Microsoft tools such as Excel, PP, Word. Any programming language is a strong asset
  • Any first experience with Anaplan, slim stock, SAP APO, OMP or any planning demand or distribution tool would be appreciated
