Summary

Reporting to the Parts Logistics Manager, the role of the function is to be the link between the parts coordination center located at ESB in Mauritius & the 3PL located in Belgium. Ensure stock accuracy, lean and efficient warehouse operations at ESB’s 3PL in Belgium.

What will be your responsibilities?

• Ensure that all 3PLs in Belgium respect the processes from inbound to outbound 
• Monitor daily activities at the 3PL’s premises and intervene where required to resolve issues on hand 
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the logistics activities by coaching on 5S processes and initiating shared improvement activities with the 3PL    
• Ensure that the terms and conditions laid out in the contract between the 3PL and ESB are followed 
• Analyze and process the various complaints addressed to the Warehouse 
• Consolidate and transmit a reporting of the warehouse activities to the management (Parts Logistics Manager, Parts Purchasing Manager, Head of Parts SC & VP) 
• Organize physical inventories & analyze stock variance 
• Ensure inventory accuracy in the logistics systems 
• Apply and respect stock management rules (BIA and OEM) 
• Ensure swift resolution of inbound and outbound griefs

Who are we looking for?

• Bachelor in Logistics or equivalent
• Experience in warehouse operations
• Lean & 5S mindset
• Fluent in French, Dutch and English
• SAP practical knowledge
• Must be able to work independently while still working well in a team
• Able to work on-site in Aalst / Alost & full mobility in Belgium (Driving license) to visit freight forwarders, the airport and our main office in Overijse
