Summary
Reporting to the Head of Property & Facility Management, you are responsible for the standardization, planning, management and monitoring of facilities activities for all Belgian and African sites of the BIA Group.
What will be your responsibilities?
- Facility Management for Benelux and Africa
- Assessment, proposal, and implementation of technical means for the facility management and its improvement
- Maintenance and monitoring of buildings and its technical installations
- Optimization of the group buildings occupancy
- Contract management: Identify business needs, draft tender documents, select, monitor and evaluate subcontractor’s work and services
- Project management and support for studies and monitoring of construction sites / renovations
- Improvement of the overall image of BIA through property management
- Support to local entities for the administrative management of the different sites and contacts with local / regional authorities for planning permits, operating permits, environmental permits, etc.
- Budget management
- Management of insurance declarations and warranty to manufacturers
- People management in Belgium and Remote team management
Who are we looking for?
- A Master in a technical domain
- Fluent in French and English. Dutch is a strong plus
- At least 4 years of service experience in a similar business area / scope
- Strong experience in multicultural and matrix organisations
