Overzicht

Being part of the sales team, you deliver high-quality demonstrations and training on Komatsu earthmoving machinery. Your role is to effectively demonstrate the capabilities, features, and benefits of Komatsu earthmoving machinery to customers, prospects, operators and internal stakeholders, supporting sales efforts and ensuring optimal machine utilisation and customer satisfaction. 

Welke verantwoordelijkheden heb je?

Demonstrations / Machine delivery

• Conduct live and virtual demonstrations of earthmoving equipment (e.g. excavators, loaders, bulldozers) at customer sites, trade shows, and training events.
• Explain technical specifications, operational procedures, and safety features to diverse audiences (operators, technicians, maintenance technicians,…).
• Collaborate with the sales team to tailor demonstrations to customer needs and applications.
• Support product launches and promotional campaigns with expert demonstrations.
• Collect feedback from customers and relay insights to product and sales teams.
• Perform qualitative start-up training during the delivery of new Komatsu machinery to operators and customers
• Ensure a positive customer/operator experience by explaining basic machine functions and addressing initial questions.

Training

• Provide hands-on training to operators and customers on machine usage and maintenance.
• Stay updated on new models, technologies, and industry trends.
• Provide hands-on training to operators and customers on machine usage and maintenance. 

Wie zoeken wij?

• Experience operating earthmoving machinery in construction, mining, or recycling settings. (Min 5 years) Technical background is an advantage.
• Strong communication and presentation skills. (Dutch, French & English)
• Ability to build effective relationships with operators, customers and internal teams.
• Safety-conscious and familiar with industry regulations.
• Ability to adapt demonstrations to different customer profiles and job site conditions/applications.
• Microsoft Office skills (for example to contribute to technical documentation or training material in MS Word or PowerPoint)
• You like variation and autonomy and you are able to plan your work efficiently
