Summary

 

The Business Process Architect in Supply Chain is responsible for analyzing, designing, improving and implementing Supply Chain processes. He/she is the one to propose the conversion of such processes/business requirements into SAP solutions (SD, PP, MM, WM) and other applications (functional documentation) in alignment with BIA strategy.

What will be your responsibilities?

 

  • Work with business and operational teams to understand and document business requirements, processes, and workflows. The insights will help identify business needs and assess the impact on existing applications, guiding to the best supply chain process solutions;
  • Dive into new business developments and initiatives related to the supply value chain. He/she collaborates with business stakeholders, After Market local and central teams, IT Teams, local and central supply chain community on the operational and planning activities;
  • Make sure IT supply chain related policies and initiatives are followed, ensuring that key operational processes run smoothly and effectively;
  • Monitor processes effectiveness thanks to relevant KPIs;
  • Work with users to review and prepare business cases that support BIA goals;
  • Prepare and maintain detailed BIA functional specifications that meet IT standards and operational needs;
  • Work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to provide top-notch support on supply chain processes and ensure their needs are met;
  • Offer specialized advice on application systems and help solve operational and functional problems;
  • Continuously seek to align product direction with the overall strategic priorities of the department;
  • Take part in special initiatives that go beyond the primary domain, contributing to the broader goals of the team;
  • Provide performant integration solution in a secure way and document workflow processes;
  • Create waterproof integration designs and manage business project implementations;
  • Stay informed on relevant SAP industry trends, and best practices;
  • Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge;
  • Create and give trainings across organization and share expertise within BIA Organisation;
  • Promote a collaborative learning culture update the AS-IS architecture.

Who are we looking for?

 

Education & Qualification:

  • Master’s degree in engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Business or related experience
  • Fluent in French and English
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior management, peers and colleagues cross functionally and globally
  • Must be able to work independently while still working well in a team

 

Experience

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience with strong exposure to functional and business process analysis.
  • Knowledge of business requirements elicitation, data modelling, process analysis, design and optimisation techniques
  • Knowledge of prioritization principles and ability to assist project management team with project delivery
  • Demonstrated experience in improvement of Supply Chain thanks to SAP ECC & SAP S/4HANA
