Summary

You manage a team of field technicians for Flanders and the workshop in Izegem. You optimize the coordination of on-site and workshop work orders to ensure the best possible service levels in view of customer satisfaction.

What will be your responsibilities?

As a service supervisor, you:

• Select, lead, evaluate and develop a team of service engineers to ensure jobs are completed on-time, within budget and according to customer requirements
• Ensure that SHEQ policy is followed and respected
• Respond to (internal/external) customers’ demands
• Convert the customer demand into work orders by making an initial diagnosis, determining the nature of the failure and the urgency of the request and analyzing the availability of technicians and required resources
• Maintain and secure a professional relationship(s) with customers and suppliers
• Manage and Organize the workshop
• Serve as contact person for the OEM for simple technical support / ask Contact with Technical Support and/or After Sales Manager for complex technical issues
• Control the accuracy of the work order’s content before settlement
• Support the After Sales Manager in the continuous improvement of processes and resources

Who are we looking for?

• Min. Bachelor or equivalent (engineer is a plus)
• Fully proficient in Dutch with basic French and English
• Experience with People Management
• Project Management
• Very well organized and stress resistant
• Technical affinities (read and understand plans and schemas)
• Mechanic troubleshooting experience is a plus
• IT skills: Microsoft Office, SAP
