Summary
The planner is in charge of supporting the activity of the service and ensuring the organization of resources and the workforce, participating in the good performance of the working conditions of the fleet of equipment and the execution of the maintenance policy and procedures of BIA and the manufacturers.
What will be your responsibilities?
Quality
- Participate in setting up the quality plan
- Get involved, know, understand and guarantee the application of quality standards
- Proactively report improvement opportunities and non-conformities
- Follow up & analyse defined KPI's
- Comply with applicable procedures and instructions
HSE
- Participate in Toolboxes dynamically
- Demonstrate an understanding of security policies and procedures and PPE
- Know the HSE indicators and participate in their improvement
- Be positive, constructive, and proactive in the event of a safety complaint
- Maintain the equipment in good condition in order to optimize its lifetime, report any defect to management
- Keep your work environment clean and tidy
- Report any accident, incident and breach to the HSE team
Operations
- Manage execution and planning parameters, maintenance service, and planned repairs
- Monitor operations and take corrective action daily if needed
- Process work orders, collect and consolidate required documentation
- In collaboration with the Warehouse Manager, ensure that order lists are made on time
- Provide parts pricing on request via K24 for budgeting purposes
Reporting
- Make effective use of reporting lines and communication channels
- Participate in maintenance and safety meetings and the creation of the monthly activity report
Who are we looking for?
- Languages: French and ideally English (minimum good knowledge of the 2nd language)
- Ideally mining or TP experience
- IT Knowledge : ERP / MS Office (CMS, SAP un +)
